Back in Action!
After moving into my new bug- and mold-free apartment earlier this month, I got mostly unpacked and let myself get settled into my new home and my new job before cracking back into the knitting basket (really it's an ottoman). For a while I was just too tired to even think about knitting. It's been so long that I didn't even remember what i had been working on. What did I find?
First, a Hanami that was a lot longer than I remembered!
I am kicking myself for not marking where I am on this lace chart, but looking at it I know at least that I'm close to the end! I set this one aside.
Then I found my tiny cable socks, in this great Sophie's Toes colorway. The cable pattern at the top of the second sock is very creative, but that's the best part about handmade, right? Looking forward to finishing these up soon (even though I forget what kind of heel I used on the first one, too).*
Last but not least, I found this but I actually have no idea what I was starting to make. It's kind of nice to know that the start of something is taken care of, and now I can just take it in any direction that I want to. We'll see what it becomes!
*Note to self, put more details into Ravelry.

I'm so happy that your crazy-busy year is slowing down to a normal pace and that you're finally settled into a comfortable apartment. Put your feet up for a while and relax.
That Hanami looks almost finished!
And that last project cracks me up...you don't remember what it is? You're a nut.
