They say it's my birthday!
Knitty Knitty Bang Bang is celebrating her first birthday! To mark the new year, I banged out a new, streamlined look for the ol' blog at work this morning. I wish I had something better to show in the way of knits, but I figure there's always next year.
What better way to celebrate than just pretend that I am still lounging on the beach with my knitting?
My sock liked playing at the beach, but LOVED this guava juice.

OOH! I love the new design - there is nothing like a hand-drawn banner - simple black and white is sexy. Congrats on your 1st bday and I can't wait for the next year. Damn that beach looks awesome. I gotta get myself to Okinawa one of these days.

And wow, I see you're planning to cross Japan from Okinawa to Hokkaido! Never been to Okinawa (I want to very badly now that I saw your out-of-this-world pics), but was on a homestay in Hokkaido (several years ago-wow) and it was just GRRREAT. You'll surely have a good time.
